Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing @itsyourbeautyy_ 💕 To keep things fair and professional, the following terms apply to all bookings. Deposits: * Braids (3+ hrs, £95+) require a £50 non-refundable deposit. * Low-value services (£15–£50) require a 50-100% non-refundable deposit. * No deposit = No booking. Deposits go toward your total and must be paid within 24 hours of booking. Lateness: * 15 min grace period * 16–25 mins late = £10 fee * 25+ = appointment cancelled + deposit lost * For long services, 50–100% of the fee may be charged if the slot can’t be refilled Cancellations / Reschedules: * 48+ hrs notice = Reschedule allowed * 1 reschedule only (must be within 14 days) * Same-day reschedule = deposit lost + £15 fee * Cancelling your rescheduled appointment = 50–100% fee charged * No-shows = full charge + blocked from future bookings Service Changes: Downgrading from a higher-priced service (e.g., braids) to a lower one (e.g., cornrows) within 48 hrs will incur a £25+ late change fee Hair Prep: * Arrive with clean, detangled hair, free of oils/products (unless booked for a wash/treatment) * Failure to prep = £15 fee or cancellation with deposit lost Important Reminders: * No deposit = no appointment * Repeat no-shows or late cancellations = permanent booking ban * By booking, you agree to these terms --- 📍 Location details sent after booking confirmation 📲 Follow @itsyourbeautyy_ for updates and availability
