Refund, Booking & Studio Policy

Our Commitment

At It’s Your Beautyy Studio, we pride ourselves on offering an inclusive, high-quality beauty experience for every client.
Please read the following policies carefully before booking your appointment.

Deposits & Payments

​

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in cash or card on the day of your appointment.

  • Deposits may be transferred once if you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Refund Policy 
 

  • We do not offer refunds for services that have been completed.

  • If you experience an issue, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and, if suitable, offer a correction.

  • Corrections are available for the same style originally booked and must be approved by It’s Your Beautyy Studio.

  • All product, hair, and retail sales are final due to hygiene and custom sourcing.

​Cancellations & Rescedules

​

  • Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in loss of your deposit.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may incur a charge of 50–100% of your service total.

  • Consistent cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings being refused.

Late Arrivals

​

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • A 10–15 minute grace period may be allowed depending on the service.

  • Arrivals beyond this window may result in a shortened service or cancellation, with loss of deposit.

Services Adjustments

​

  • If you’re not fully satisfied with your result, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment.

  • We’ll assess your concern and, if appropriate, offer a complimentary adjustment.

  • Adjustments must be for the same style originally booked and at our discretion.

Retail & Hair Purchases

​

  • All hair extensions, lashes, and beauty retail purchases are non-refundable.

  • For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once items have left the salon.

Photos & Social Media

​

  • By booking, you agree that It’s Your Beautyy Studio may capture photos or videos for portfolio and promotional use, unless you request otherwise before your service begins.

Agreement

 

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to It’s Your Beautyy Studio’s booking, refund, and studio policies.
